01

Company overview

NexD International imports copper-rich and other industrial scrap internationally and distributes materials to Indian recycling, dismantling, and manufacturing sectors.

02

Eligibility

Indian buyers must hold valid business registration and GSTIN. International sellers must hold the licenses required to export scrap from their jurisdiction.

03

Product specification

Scrap materials are sold as-is according to the agreed description, grading, images, inspection information, and commercial documents.

04

Ordering process

Indian buyer orders are confirmed through purchase orders or pro forma invoices. International supply offers should include material listings, grading, photographs, and shipping documents.

05

Payment terms

First-time Indian buyers are subject to 100% advance payment; credit may be agreed for repeat clients. Domestic payment may be made by NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI. International settlement may use L/C, T/T, advance transfer, or payment against documents. Bank charges outside India are borne by the supplier.

06

Shipping & delivery

International shipments may use FOB, CIF, or CFR Incoterms through Indian ports. Domestic material may be collected from the Bhavnagar warehouse or delivered by third-party transport.

07

Taxes & compliance

Applicable domestic invoices include GST at 18% and TCS at 1% on scrap. Transactions are subject to applicable DGFT, MoEF, and CPCB requirements.

08

Quality & dispute resolution

Materials are assessed against agreed international grading standards. Any discrepancy must be reported with supporting evidence within 24 hours of receipt.
